- Calio Premium, premium özellikleri (ör. yapay zekâ koç, gelişmiş içgörüler, tüm öğünlerini analiz etme rahatlığı, haftalık plan/raporlar ve kulüp oluşturma) açan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Güvenlik uyarıları, satın alımları geri yükleme, hesap kontrolleri ve kendi temel verilerine erişim Premium olarak satılmaz.
- Planlar: Calio aylık ve yıllık süreler sunar. Lansmanda, uygun yıllık plan App Store veya Google Play tarafından sunulan 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerebilir; aylık planda standart bir tanıtım denemesi yoktur. Hesabın ve bölgen için mağazada gösterilen kesin teklif geçerlidir.
- Faturalama ve yenileme: Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store / Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenilemeyi kapatmadıkça aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Fiyat ve süre, satın almadan önce ödeme ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve değiştirilebilir; mağazaların gerektirdiği şekilde bildirimde bulunacağız.
- Ücretsiz deneme / tanıtım teklifleri (varsa): uygunluk, süre, fiyat ve ücretlendirme tarihi onaydan önce mağazada gösterilir. Deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse abonelik gösterilen standart fiyatla yenilenir.
- Yönetme ve iptal: App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan dilediğiniz zaman yönetin veya iptal edin. İptal, bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; mevcut ücretli dönem bitene kadar devam eder. Calio uygulamasını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler, kendi politikaları kapsamında uygulama mağazaları tarafından yönetilir; mağaza iadelerini doğrudan yapamayız.
- Ödül erişimi: promosyon kodları ve referans ödülleri, ücretli abonelikten ayrı, nakit değeri olmayan ve devredilemeyen süreli bir premium penceresi sağlar.

- Calio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features (e.g. analyze-every-meal convenience, the AI coach, advanced insights, weekly plans/reports, and club creation). Safety notices, purchase restoration, account controls, and access to your own basic data are not sold as Premium.
- Plans: Calio offers monthly and annual durations. At launch, an eligible annual plan may include a 7-day free trial supplied by the App Store or Google Play; the monthly plan has no standard introductory trial. The exact offer shown by the store for your account and region is authoritative.
- Billing & renewal: Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Price & period are shown on the paywall before purchase. Prices may vary by region and may change; we will give notice as required by the stores.
- Free trial / intro offers (if any): eligibility, duration, price, and conversion date are shown by the store before confirmation. The subscription renews at the displayed standard price unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Managing & cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period continues until it ends. Deleting the Calio app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.
- Reward access: promo codes and referral rewards grant a time-limited premium window that is separate from a paid subscription, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.
